To build and maintain a dynamic, enthusiastic and professional sales force, we:

Extensively interview each candidate. Only well-spoken, professional people are considered.
Maintain strict dress code and personal hygiene requirements.
Guarantee that each person receives individual attention through our mentor program. Each of our trainees has a personal coach (teacher) and sales manager.
Maintain an observation and evaluation period during which the prospect accompanies a coach on the trainer’s daily work routine (accompanied or supervised).
Require a 6 - 8 week intense hands-on as well as daily classroom style training covering customer service, representation issues, and marketing strategies.
Offer all our sales personnel the highest level of sales support and training on a continuous basis.
Promote all our sales managers from within the organization and continually train them through corporate seminars on a regular basis.
